What is the minimum for free delivery?
There is no minimum order for free delivery in the UK. All the UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 24 (1st Class) service.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We send orders every business day with cut-off time at 12pm.
- If you make an order on a business day before 12 Noon – your order will be sent the same day.
- If you make an order after 12 Noon or during the weekend or Bank Holiday – your order will be sent the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
By default we use Royal Mail 24 for all UK orders. This means your order usually will be with you in 2 or 3 working days after the dispatch.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only ship within EU Region. We use International Tracked & Signed service for all International orders which ensures safe & timely delivery of parcels. Typical delivery time for international parcels is no more than 7 days. We charge a flat Fee for all EU orders, which gives you an advantage if you order more than one item.
My order has not been delivered, what do I do?
For UK orders, if your order has not been received within 5 working days please contact email@example.com and quote your order number.
I’ve changed my mind, can I return the order?
Yes, you can return purchased goods to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund. Returned items should be undamaged with the tamper evident seals intact. Please note – if you are returning more than 1 item please pack them flat (side by side) to avoid being charged at the small parcel rate instead of the large letter rate.
I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still make payment?
Yes, although we only accept payment via PayPal at this time,
PayPal allows you to complete payment using VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards, without the need of a PayPal account.
All PayPal transactions are fast and are a secure method for making online payments.
Can you take my order by telephone?
We do not take telephone orders. The best way to order is through our website on www.supplementtree.com.
How secure is the website?
We have taken all the necessary measures towards providing you a secure and seamless online transaction experience. Our website security certificate’s validity can be checked at anytime by clicking on the Padlock or Secure tab on the left-hand side of your web browser’s address bar.
Additionally, PayPal operate with SSL secure encryption for all payments. This means payments are transmitted securely and safely. PayPal is a market leader for millions of online payments through sites such as eBay and most people online use PayPal to buy goods.
How can I contact customer service?
What happens if I am not in the house when my order is being delivered?
Most of our food supplements are packed in Post Box friendly bottles. Which means these can be posted straight through your letter boxes and you don’t need to be present to receive your items, this excludes some orders with larger quantities but in this case, a card will be left if no one is in. If you miss your delivery you will be able to collect your parcel from your local depot or post office, details of this will be left on the couriers/royal mails card.
I placed an order online but I am not sure if it has gone through. How do I check?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order when it has been placed. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if it is not in your inbox. If you did not receive an email confirmation, send an email to
firstname.lastname@example.org with your intended email address and time of date of placing the order and we will investigate. The simplest method is to create an account before you place your order and you can access your previous orders from within your account.
